These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Get Up to Get Down Elite Entertainment website and our SMS messaging program. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Get Up to Get Down Elite Entertainment.

Website use and event services

Please use our website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, access information without authorization, or misuse our content or communication tools.

Website information describes our services and does not, by itself, reserve an event date or create an event booking. Your separate event service agreement governs your booking, including pricing, services, payment, cancellation, and any rescheduling terms. These website and SMS terms do not replace or change that agreement.

SMS Terms

Get Up to Get Down Elite Entertainment offers SMS communications about inquiries, availability, quotes, wedding design sessions, appointment reminders, event planning, booking updates, customer support, and promotional offers when you have opted in to receive them. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive messages from Get Up to Get Down Elite Entertainment at the mobile number you provide, within the scope of your consent. You must be authorized to use that number. Providing a telephone number or visiting this website does not by itself enroll you in marketing texts. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions, appointments, event, and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s messaging and data charges apply according to your plan.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe from our text messaging program. After you opt out, you may receive one confirmation message. You will not receive further program messages unless you opt in again.

Message delivery

SMS delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please contact us directly for time-sensitive event matters.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Get Up to Get Down Elite Entertainment collects and uses personal information, including mobile numbers and SMS consent records.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
